I have an event coming up what do I purchase as giveaways?

Our team will discuss your budget, turnaround and target audience in order to select the products that people are going to keep and remember you by. People generally keep things that are useful or quirky!

 

Do the prices shown include all costs?

The prices displayed allow for a one colour print but exclude origination (if applicable), delivery and VAT. Give us the code and we will confirm prices.

 

Do I have to have the quantities shown?

Some items can be flexible on the quantity but it is best to let us know what you are looking for so we can confirm. In some cases there are excess charges.

 

Can I get a faster turnaround than quoted?

Some products can be put on an express turnaround but this is dependent on the number of colour prints and quantities, it is best to check with us as sometimes there is an extra charge.

 

I would like to place an order how do I supply my details?

If you are having just typesetting of basic information you can email it through or tell us over the phone. If you have a logo then we would need a high resolution file. If you are not sure - send it through and we will let you know.

 

My logo is low resolution, what can be done?

We can redraw most logos (at extra cost) or advise on how the logo will print out, if the coverage is small then it may not be so obvious.

 

I don’t have a logo how do I go about getting one done?

We have a team of designers that can help you with this – we will talk to you about what you want the logo to achieve, colour schemes, likes and dislikes and work with you to develop a logo you will love.

 

I have a logo – how do I know what size to have it printed?

All products have maximum print areas, we discuss with you what copy / images you want to be prominent and advise on what print areas would be most suitable.

 

Do I get to see what the design will look like before I go ahead?

We always send a PDF proof to show you what the print will be like, you have the opportunity to amend it until you are happy with the finished product.

 

Can I get a sample printed before I go for the bulk?

It isn’t possible to print just one item as it would not be cost effective, the PDF proof and in some cases 3D proofs should help you see what the finished item will look like.

 

I have seen a product but would like more information on it, what do I do?

You can send a message to us via the website or call us to discuss your queries.

 

How do I know my deadline will be met?

At the outset we will ask you when you require the product for and make sure that it can be printed in the timescale, we will then work with you to make a schedule so you know when we need information to do the artwork, when we need approval and when the item will be dispatched.

 

I can do my own artwork, can I use that and will I be charged?

If you have the ability to do artwork, we can send you the template with the necessary spec. There is no charge but the product will be printed as is.

 

What happens if the product isn’t what I wanted?

We endeavour to make sure that the product is fit for purpose and the artwork is as you want it before we print. In the eventuality that there is a problem with the print, we will discuss this with our suppliers on your behalf.

 

What if I want a bespoke item?

Simply tell us what you want ans we will talk to our suppliers, cost it up nad help you sort it.
